Broad Channel
Broad Channel may be the most unusual in all of Queens or even New York City. It's out in the middle of Jamaica Bay, surrounded by water on all sides, connected to the rest of Queen by two bridge and one subway. It is the only inhabited island in the bay with a population of about 3,000.
